I love FFF! I am excited every time I get to customize and when I get the box in the mail. It's something fun to look forward to. I like the variety and quality of the products.

WASTE OF MONEY! worst mistake was buying a box I didn’t get hardly anything in the box itself. The whole reason I wanted the box was for the Michael kors passport holder and of course did not receive one. Instead got four little serum oil. Oh what made it even better... was waiting a month for it!!! i never got sunglasses, a bag or anything big. I WILL NEVER BUY A BOX AGAIN. Unless management can give me a better box. But I’m very unhappy with my box. Do not buy!

I always look forward to my boxes, I would like some perfume once in a while.

I love getting my FabFitFun boxes! It is my treat to myself!

Hard to rate the box when it hasn't arrived yet. So I will rate the other box.

I love Fab Fit Fun so far! But, There are a couple of things that could improve. First, there isn't ever enough product to select before options become sold out of unavailable when 'customizing' each season. If you aren't able to log in RIGHT as it's open and live- you're basically out of luck and stuck with whatever is left. Which entirely defeats the purpose of opting for an upgraded membership for the ability to customize. If I'm already paying, there should be enough product to allow ALL members receive what they prefer. I also feel like the emails are too frequent. Even though I've opted out of all but the seasonal & account info emails- I still constantly receive ads & prompts to shop or spend more. Especially the prompts to invite other members. Please LISTEN to your customers. I'd be more likely to turn others on if I was actually able to customize like advertised & didnt get constantly hounded to upgrade or spend more.

Overall I love this box. I like getting new things I would never try. My only challenge is that I got a bunch of new things and some of them are similar to the things I got in my last box that I haven’t finished or started. That’s on me.

Love the products - great value for all of the goodies you receive. Customization and Add-Ons make it personalized to each individual. I’ve tried so many brands that I had never heard of and gave fallen in love with some of them. Yes- there are some misses but I find 90% of what I get to be useful and high quality.
