Some of the products I have received have been cheap/poorly made and break easily. Some items were completely unusable after the first 1-2 uses and even after reaching out to customer care, I was not refunded or offered replacements for these products. I do enjoy customization, however if you don’t sign up for the annual subscription (which is pricey up front), then many of the customization options are already sold out by the time you get to make your selections. But if you can swing it, paying for the annual subscription is nice because you can customize more products in each box. Some of the items in my boxes I have found for significantly cheaper than FFF’s listed product value, so make sure to do your research on the products you customize in order to maximize the value of your box. Overall, it’s a fun subscription to look forward to, and it’s not overly expensive for what you get. I’ve actually discovered some of my new favorite products through this service. If FFF offered some sort of guarantee on items that are defective, or offered some sort of refund/replacement/credit for items when this happens, then I would gladly give them more stars.

I love FabFitFun. I look forward to every season. As soon as I unpack one box I am thinking if the next.

Really fun! For about $10 a month, I have the joy of looking forward to a box of fun each season! Well worth it, as I have already received a blanket that was well worth the entire investment!

This spring box was my favorite yet! I loved every item included!

I am obsessed!!! Annual membership comes with so many perks. I love the edit sales and the add-on options. I buy something from a sale and if I like it I buy another at the next sale because they usually offer it a couple more times. Customer service is great too! I had one of my products basically explode in transit and almost all of it leaked out and they replaced it without a hassle. They offer a variety of products at amazing prices.

A fun surprise 4 times a year. I love getting new health and beauty products and fab fit fun delivers!! I do an annual subscription so I get to choose some of my items. I love being surprised by what gets picked for me. Choosing it all is not as fun. A wide variety and I can always use what comes in my box, even as gifts if I don't or won't use it myself. What a way to treat yourself. Gave 4 stars because often times they repeat items which I didn't want to start with.

I just join Fab Fit Fun in February 2021. I received my first box, which was the Spring 2021 box. I absolutely loved all the products I received. The Alice t Olivia Daisy print duffle bag, exceeded my expectations. It’s such a good quality and perfect size duffle. I was amazed to see full size products like Elemis papaya enzyme peel being offered. I’m really enjoying the Erno Laszlo sea mud deep cleansing bar. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth. One of the FFF pick’s I received was the Pink sky cactus cup. I had ever intention to give it to my daughter, however I have fallen in love with it. Find it makes my boring water taste better. Overall, I’m so happy with my subscription. I had a few questions getting starting and had fast, curiosity help with customer service. I’m so glad I chose Fab Fit Fun to join.

I love FabFitFun. I think this box was extremely well-curated and the add-on options were the best I've had in a few boxes. I know this is probably just my experience... but I was running out of several products (toner, toothpaste, makeup remover) and they were all options for add-ons/customization. It was so crazy how it worked out. I am completely satisfied with this box.
