Refused to refund those with yearly subscription since February until at the first race in July the stream does not work. Always the same issues.

They take your money in exchange for a service that doesn't work. Probably no refunds either. Might as well just punch me in the face too while they're at it.

Signed up for F1TV since I cancelled my cable recently. It doesn’t work unfortunately- tried refreshing both iOS app and web browser and kept getting errors during Austrian GP. I want a refund.

During my 2 years as a subscriber, there hasn’t been ONE race stream that would work out of the box. This service is the most unreliable service you can find on the market. They have serious scaling issues and should be considered as a fraudulent service, as the main service customers pay for (live events) NEVER work. The only reason I’ve stuck to this service is the replays, which of course work (low traffic) and is my only resort after missing every single live start. Whoever is responsible for the backend service at F1TV needs to seriously get their crap together or get replaced by someone who can fix this embarrassing mess.

Horrible service! It was the very first race of the season, after such a long time. What a horrible experience, ended up missing so much.

Bad service at F1 and F1TVPRO Subscription. Live stream failing too many times over the past years and the player is broken. Hasn't been fixed in years. Paying a premium for a shambles of a service. I have cancelled my subscription as they cannot figure the technology out and shouldn't be in TV at all.
