Not sure what I just paid for, but it wasn’t worth it. In the US the replays don’t start for 2days on the access account. I’m cancelling.

The product simply doesn't work. The platform crashes at the start of live races, which is its main reason for existence. It is embarrassing that a multi-billion a year series can't run a streaming site even with AWS as their partners. Add to that they took support offline when the system broke, and that it is so broken I can't even log in to cancel my subscription, or get an email from the automated system designed to handle if you forgot your password (which I did not, my password remains unchanged and saved in a password manager) means that if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Garbage. Website and app crash or won’t play video of actual race. This isn’t just a one time event. They have had three years and all of COVID to fix their issues and yet, here we are still with one of the worst live sports streaming experiences in the world.

I've had this streaming service since it launched and it's always been buggy. I could forgive it at first, but it's been three years and the replays still *consistently* tell me that "I must subscribe to watch" when I already have a subscription. The "technical support" doesn't list this issue -- which many, many of us face -- and doesn't offer an option to contact anyone directly. It is, for all intents and purposes, a scam. The service rarely delivers content but reliably bills my credit card every month. Total trash.

How is it possible that I pay a full pro subscription to not be able to view the content. The race was not viable from my account during the whole time and I kept getting kicked out while trying to login. I am really deeply disappointed and I want my money back. There was more than enough time to sort those issues out and yet they keep coming back.

Was only able to watch the onboard camera for about a quarter of the race before only the world feed was available. It's that I got it for free, otherwise I'd have cancelled the subscription definitely.

Bought a subscription yesterday hoping to be able to watch the F1 season opening race. Unfortunately, lots of technical issues caused me to miss most of the race start. Seems like they did not have enough capacity to handle the load on their website which is a big shame for a paid service like this. Once I was able to load the stream, the stream itself was fine tho.
