Formula 1Reviews of f1tv.formula1.com

This service makes me so sad cause I want it so much to work but it just doesn’t. I would happily pay more for a reliable service but it’s incredibly hectic, buggy and just leaves you in frustration most of the time. Formula 1 has so many raging fans who just deserve better! Please, don’t let the technical issues drain away the passion!

Wanted to watch the Barcelona race today....2 minutes into the race, no more commentator sound or any sound at all for that matter. No way to spool forward. And then the whole thing just stops and you get this lovely wheel spinning...Tried several times with same result. It’s like F1 really wants to loose viewers and enthusiasts.

F1tv has done me in. I haven't been able to log in for two weeks. I've sent and received many emails but nothing has helped me log in to the service I've paid for. F1tv seemed like a good idea at the onset, but the execution has failed miserably. I am not wasting anymore time with them.

Very shocking to say the least!!! I am a huge fan when it comes to Formula 1 but this a taking the mick!! For one they never tell you from the start that if you live in the UK that you can’t watch the races live, with the on boards and all. All because of a deal with Sky. So I have spent in excess of £120 thinking I had the wrong subscription, Went on their website for help and I’m still waiting to hear back. I think it’s an absolute con that they don’t inform UK customers that you will be unable to watch the races live! The only good part is being able to watch races from other seasons! I would personally say do not give these guys money!!! They will rip you off!!!

It is realy terrible and costs too much for this bad petformance. How can I cancel this automatic paying?

It's the worst experience ever there is no replay half the time it doesn't work really it's not worth it.It seems to be a scam to get you back on regular tv but f1 tv pro it's so bad

When it works the service is ok. However, often there are issues logging on, especially during live streams which results in missing parts of the race, usually the start. This is my second season of subscription and still the problems occur. In the past they used to refund a percentage of fees when a race was spoilt. Now they don't even do that and have just extended the subscription by 1 week (which expires out of season anyway). If you have other viewing options I would use those rather than rely on this service. A shame really.

Everyone else summed it up perfectly.
