Customer service is a tiny road in russia that nobody has ever heard about.... Wrote to them several times regarding tickets bought for cancelled Formula1 races in Europe...exactly the same answer every single time. "we are working hard to find a...blablabla..." If I have bought them from any other ticket provider we would have got a refund by now. Formula1.com nahhh not really. Nothing happens.

Web app sucks and is buggy, subscription services are a nightmare (basic is worthless now as it takes 2 days to watch a replay, you can accidentally order the same subscription twice, and if you have multiple subscriptions it doesn’t give you the pro features), and support is a joke. Absolute nonsense.

The entire F1TV experience is terrible. This app won't allow you to cast to your TV and there are no native apps for common TV input devices. It's buggy and it frequently goes down, especially whenever there's a live event it should be streaming.

If you have a cable tv, watch f1 from there. Do not watch it from here. The experience is not that bad, but most of the time, the website is broken. In example, yesterday was race day, and the website was down. As an result, many people missed the first 15 laps of the race. It has been 3 years since it was first introduced, but it is still broken.

Just horrible, you can't call it a "service" if it doesn't even work in the first place. Immediately applied for a refund after I missed the race due to liberty media's incompetence to deliver a livestream to paying customers. Haven't heard from them yet... The worst part is that this is the one of only two ways to legally watch F1 in my country. The other option would be to get a full tv subscription on Ziggo, and that's just insane. What a way to make the sport unaccessable to watch... RUBBISH!

Jesus f**king christ, this service is the worst. They let you pay a decent amount of money and you can't even expect them to cover the races live because the stream will simply die.

After 3 years and they still didn't manage to get the service running for the delayed season 2020 opener. After the missed race start they resorted to a stream with the bare minimum functionality of the international stream, no choice of stream, language, PLC, Data, etc. Even when it worked last year, you had more functionality from the small screen of your phone, than on a readable screen of a PC and of course you can't run it on a TV. Alot of small issues. Even in the international stream there is still the issue of synchronisation of multiple cameras, such that you get time jumps when switching. It is flabergasting that the pinnacle of motorsport, Technology supreme, can't figure out what every amateur movie maker can; that in a year, where there are no spectators at the tracks, the only legal means of watching is getting this low of a priority.

When you're paying for it, the least you would expect is for them to let you watch the full races. Worthless.
