I find using EZ Texting to be very easy…
I find using EZ Texting to be very easy and efficient for our needs. My only criticism would be that there is not an integration with our HRIS system.

Canceled the service after a day
Canceled the service after a day, couldn't use it. Asked for a refund promised but never received. Horrible customer service, and their misuse of AI adds to the frustration. Do not recommend EZTexting at all.

I’ve been a customer for 10 years and…
I’ve been a customer for 10 years and I’m at Sera asking two simple questions and nobody could give me a straight answer

Canceled my service after one day and…
Canceled my service after one day and still waiting on my refund a month later. This company is dishonest and does not honor what it says. Response is terrible.

You Get What You Pay For
I've been using this service for at least 3 months, after switching from Simple Texting, and they still put my text through the review process as if it's an unverified account. Simple Texting had pricing issues, but their service was hassle free. I was trying to save money, but man ... you get what you pay for. It's always best to pay the price for quality.

Need an api
This is great but it would certainly be helpful if I could establish an api from my hr payroll system is is too clunky to have to reload my list every time to handle new and termed employees
