Two things I do wish those, that the website would have a better, more updated UI, and more importantly, if they could offer an iOS app that allows a business to create Automations, respond back to customers who text the Keyword with questions, see customer info, and a better way to integrate with Eventbrite instead of manually doing it. Right now, everything has to be done through there website, and it's not conducive to a business experience.

This program is limited in what I can say and the character length in the text, which makes it very hard to get my message out to our association. And the value is not there for the overall cost.

It works, it's inexpensive, and reliable, plus it has an easy to use API.
