Terrible customer experience. My physiatrist , Shannon, was very attentive and understanding of my needs. My issue is with their customer service experience. I’ve never had such an issue of having my prescription submitted to my local pharmacy. The whole point of signing up with them was for the convenience of their service but they are clearly bogged down administratively as reflected by their delays and poor customer experience.

Not a scam, but they are thieves. I was given a code for 50 off for a 5 star google review… shady right? So I did. I get the code. Cool no problems. Go to use it? Nope, not happening. So here I am, since they have deleted their google reviews I’m gonna trash them here. Been using them for a year, a legitimate service. The bad reviews are probably folks who didn’t get scripts. Cause boy do they like to write scripts haha. Anything and everything. Pure pill mill. I’ve spent plenty of money there. And they will not credit me my 50 dollars? I eventually just got blocked by the text number. Because I asked for money back. So here’s my 50 dollars worth of a review. They are liars. Scammers, they will give you pills but that’s it. Customer service is so bad I think I might kill myself just so I’m not longer in their care for anxiety/depression.

Over priced and a legitimate scam. Go somewhere else

While I found the psychiatrist I spoke with to be polite and I understand that medication for mental health can be a trial and error I personally felt that what I was prescribed did not work well for me. I was having extremely unusual negative thoughts and behaviors, trouble sleeping, along with extreme anxiety more so than I usually feel. I called and expressed this to the "customer care" team and was initially told to atleast give it 1-2 more days which I can understand as it had only been a week. I waited and continued to take the medication, things kept feeling like they were getting worse. I spoke with Harvey from "customer care" 2 days later who told me I can't see a doctor or be scheduled for anything until I've continued to take the medication for 15 days. He was extremely unpleasant and I will never work with ezcare clinic again after being either lied to by the first woman I spoke with or how non caring their support team is. Some of the side effects I was feeling were listed under where I needed to contact my doctor immediately when I looked it up and this company would rather ignore my concerns about my mental health and have me continue taking a medication that gives me borderline self harming thoughts, they should NOT be dealing with anyone's mental health given the utter lack of regard they have for it. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I paid $195 for a Telehealth appointment and no link was ever sent. I tried emailing and calling customer service and was not provided the refund I requested. This is a total scam. Con artist - do NOT book or give them any money.

This place needs to be reported for giving out prescriptions to know drug abusers. My 19 year old son with a history of abusing his ADHA medicine was just given a prescription by Tulani Johnson. I have the email to prove it. Shame on Ezcare clinic. There are many ADHD medicines out there without first prescribing a stimulant to a first-time patient that EZcare has no history with. Parent

I don't know about the last person's experience but for me personally, It's a wonder they don't have more good reviews. I was skeptical at first as I'm sure most people will be but after getting my prescription a day after scheduling and appointment, have no doubt about this company being real. Give them a shot you won't regret it!
