Generally they had been very helpful untill now. They had given me exactly the medication i needed and were quick and efficient although quite expensive. I had an appointment today and then called in my adderall to a pharmacy that was out of stock and the doctor told me if that happened i could call back and he would fix it right away. Well i found a pharmacy with it in stock and i called back and was informed by the operator that it could be 3 to 5 days before they called in my script. I am out of meds and i work during the day and do school work at night i am having a very difficult time. The meds and the doctor are great, the customer service not so much. I think most of the negative reviews are from people not getting the medication they were looking for, but the customer service is not ideal.

I don't understand why what they are helping I didn't even see a doctor I seen a nurse practitioner who made me more nervous and she only gave me 6 adavan and put me on something else I am already on Cymbalta and 3 other Sris I was doing this because I'm at the end of my rope with these kinds of medications SO THEY ARE BS DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!I most certainly wouldn't of done this if I thought I would not be getting help with my ANXIETY 195 dollars for nothing WOW SHE WAS VERY RUDE ALSO

When using EZ Care Medical Clinic I received no response and when I did was told that the price had more than doubled since 1 month ago. Which is 4 times the amount of their competitors. One month it took two weeks of being told they sent in the prescription and used every excuse in the book. Finally I did receive it but having to pull teeth to get any service is exhausting. Yesterday two appts were ignored, my 1pm and my 4pm. I have no idea how a Dr's office can run like that. I have switched to a company that is responsive and priced competitively. Update: it is entirely possible that EZ Care has changed in the past three months. I switched so I wouldn’t know. I did use them 3 times before I got tired of requesting my prescription.

Found ezcare clinic via a Google search at 8am the day after Christmas after dealing with extreme anxiety over the holidays. Had my appointment at 4 pm and meds in hand at 5pm. Direct access to my NP via text. Excellent service.

I was able to get the medicine I needed but it’s a huge hassle especially for someone that is dealing with mental health issues. They don’t accept your insurance so each visit is like $175. My first visit they said they’d send a link to my email and I never got it. The doctor calls an hour later. Said my prescription would be at the pharmacy in a few hours but it took over a day. The follow up appointment, they make you fill out all the intake paperwork again which was annoying as you already answered it all the first time. Again. I never got the link for the call and had to call them. She said she’d email it but I never received it. Then again I had to wait hours past my appointment time for the doctor to call me. The dr’s are fine but their customer service is also hard to understand. I’m not sure if they over book or what.

It wasn't even a 1 star it's negative stars....I had absolutely no money but really needed care and they just kept throwing me around refusing to start the refund... I am calling Monday hopefully they can get reported and stop this scam ..not even that I called all night they would answer and either say the same exact thing or they would just sit in silence.....never even got a confirmation text or email....they SUCK

Hello, My name is John Moore and I had an appointment with Ibrahim Matic 5 days ago. My prescription still has not been sent in and your call center just keeps telling me to wait patiently. I provided all the requested documents regarding my prescription and have asked for a manager to contact me and no one has followed up. It’s cruel to make someone with a true mental health issue wait this long. Please advise. John Moore

First of all when you pay and choose an appointment time you are not really getting that time . They “have to approve your appt” make you jump through a ton of hoops just to be given the run around . Because I have a medication that is not helping me and I am not taking they refuse to allow me to speak to a doctor . I asked for a refund and an emailed promissory of a refund . And nope . They don’t care - they will scam you before you even get to see a physician.
