I misplace the band to attach the device and they sent one out free of charge!

No response to my several inquiries. I communicated with your customer service about comparing my doctors prescription to the eyeque testing.

Works well as described. Can be a little tedious when testing, but I want accurate results, so it's easily tolerated.

We received the product quickly, but my husband's health quickly declined so that we never used it. I was able to return it for a full refund. Customer service was excellent.

Recommend it. At first I had problems getting my eyeglasses number. Support was amazing and helped me thru the entire time. I eventually was able to get my number and they still provided support afterwards. I recommend it!

I am overall happy with the whole experience. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the test results were right in line with my prescriptions from past years. I love that the reading glasses information is also given. I can see this will be very useful in checking the progress of my eye exercises. Well done EyeQue!!!!
