Not user friendly and very difficult for me to use. I have tried and tired to get readings that are close to one another and each test that I take it give me a completely different reading.

I loved the idea of the product but after receiving my prescription and ordering my glasses I can't see out of them. I ended up making an eye exam appointment to get a correct script.

While the product itself did not meet my expectations, Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Allowing for the return and paying for return shipping was very nice.

I initially was unable to access the prescription that was sent after using your beta Insight, but your support individual, on the weekend!, re-sent, several times, the pdf until I was able to access it--all in the matter of an hour or so. Cordial and above and beyond what I expected. Great and brilliant product!

I needed a new eyeglass prescription for quite a while, but was staying home for pandemic. When I came across Eyeque in an online review, I ordered it. Took the test, at home, as directed, sent the resulting prescription for progressive lenses into an online glasses store, and got my new glasses today. The prescription from Eyeque is perfect. I haven't seen this clearly in a long time! Wish I'd known about it earlier!

Very prompt and informative response; they explained the issue, and the remedy. Then went above and beyond to answer an ancillary question that didn't even directly relate to their product!
