Your product sucks! Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi and is very hard to do the tests! I threw mine away! Waste of money!

Hello David, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you were having difficulty using the VisionCheck unit. I saw that you reached out to our support team, and one of our agents responded offering assistance. Unfortunately, his 3 emails to you went unanswered, so he had no way of knowing you were still experiencing problems. Regarding the issue of the wifi connection, it is is not the app or device causing the disconnection. Some possible reasons are a weak/spotty wifi connection, multiple apps running simultaneously in the background (which is using up much of the bandwidth), some apps may actually be blocking our app from running properly, and/or if one of the apps is a wifi prioritizing app. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact our support team.

Previously I left a one star review because I had not received a response when I sent an enquiry to EyeQue. I subsequently found that it was my mistake, I had missed an email that went to spam. When I left the one star review they were very quick to coontact me and work out what the problem was. Thanks EyeQue!

I got confused with the initial setup and through two agents they got me up and running. Thanks.

A little tricky to learn to use, but once mastered, the vision tester worked well. The sample set of glasses were very good.

Great idea...but it doesn't work too well if your colored blind. It really should be set up with letters and numbers.

Hello Vickie, Thank you for your review. You are correct - some users will not be able to test well, depending on the type and severity of their color deficiency. Changing the lines into letters or shapes will not necessarily make a difference, since the inability to discern between colors is still present. Our newest product, the VisionCheck 2, has filters that can help those with color deficiencies. It is not available yet, but if you find that you are unable to continue testing with the VisionCheck, please contact our support team at [email protected] to start the return process.

I did the test (group of 3) three times and it was surprisingly consistent. Had some glasses made up, and they work well. Hard to get the two images (colors) to line up correctly though.
