The online experience was good and the online customer service was excellent. The glasses were not as bright as the photo online. Not the best experience in the office. I understand they were very busy, so had me sit then I was over looked. Had to return the next day because they hadn't put my glasses together. I will probably order online again in the furture and have the glasses mailed to me.

We are impressed with Eyemart Express. Zach was very helpful and informative when we came in to pick out glasses. When I picked up my glasses, Kim was very friendly and informative. I was very thankful when she explained not to use eyeglass cleaner with alcohol as it would ruin the glasses. Thank you Kim!

I LOVE Eyemart Express!!! First time going glasses took 3 mins 2nd time 5 mins. I refer everyone for their eye needs. This last time I got some special glasses and it took 5 days other places take 2 weeks and that's not even for special orders.

My wife had a vision test at the Goshen, IN, store by a doctor, and he was conversant, had a great sense of humor, and was very professional. The front line professional who helped my wife was Brandy, and she was top-notch and an asset to the organization. Now I had exactly the same experience that my wife had, and we're both delighted with their expertise. Thank you!

I went there at 10am to pick up my new lenses and have them pop them in. When I arrived one of the workers was with a customer, another worker was sitting in a chair knitting. I was told by the worker with a customer I would be helped shortly. After standing there for 10 or so minutes, the worker knitting left to go get them coffee. The other lady was at the computer with the customer. I waited a bit longer and was not getting waited on. The worker had to go over to the doctor side to use their computer since she was having issues with a different computer. I waited but ended up walking out not getting help. I drove from a different town to pick up my lenses which should have only taken a minute or two. I’ve done that before and it was fast. But this time was uncalled for. I definitely will be going to a different eye place which is too bad because I’ve been coming to eye mart for decades. Very disappointed.
