Anne at Harbison store - fabulous!!!!

The associate that helped me was very nice. I told her I liked tortoise shell frames and she quickly found 4 pair for me. I purchased one of those 4. I went on a Friday at approximately 3:00pm and they were not busy. I am looking forward to my new glasses. Buy scratch resistant so you can replace lenses if needed.

I've always had great experiences at Eyemart Express on Odana Road in Madison WI. Manning, Krisann, and Rebecca in the front are always so courteous to the point of opening the door for me when they see me coming with my broken leg and my crutches. When it's very busy, they find a way to manage everyone's needs gracefully. In the back, Dixie has gone above and beyond for me by anticipating my needs and proactively resolving issues with my insurance. Robert has generously spent some much needed quality time with my mother who has some challenging issues (not just with her vision). He was very caring, kind, and humorous with her. He put her high anxiety at ease and spent all the time with her that was needed to assure her vision issues were addressed and corrected. Robert was able to make adjustments to her glasses I didn't know were possible, and he did so much more. Kudos to the folks at Eyemart Express we rely on for vision services, and we can always count on for exceptional and friendly service. My mom and I have been going there for years, and we’ll keeping coming.

Taronda help me with my glasses and she is sooooooo kind to me and my mom and dad. She was respectful to me as a kid and this is my first pair of glasses and I love it and her. I hope you get to enjoy it with her thank you Taronda.

So easy to place an online order. I had previously purchased glasses online and all my info was saved for this next purchase

Everything started off great.putting your information in was easy,the virtual fitting was easy,where we ran into a problem is with the length of time it takes to get your eyeglasses from them.you would think with the money you are spending for the overpriced item you are buying that they would be shipped through someone a little faster than the USPS.i would have been better off to take the time off work and go into a store directly and lose the hours since I'm going all this time squinting to read everything.

I have not received the glasses yet but they shipped the same day. Let's see how USPS does.
