Eyemart ExpressReviews of eyemartexpress.com

I bought. Y glasses at Eye Mart Express in Greenwood SC yesterday. The staff was really great, so many choices to get the perfect choice. The price was way less than any eye wear shop I’ve ever been to! They had my glasses done in 48 minutes (they have on sight lab at this store) can’t say enough about every person that helped me, Thank everyone of you especially Latisha 😀

Great customer service. Professional. Short wait time.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Great costumer service

When I came to eye mart , everyone was nice to me

I took 3 try’s to this company to get a pair of glasses the first i was told at 6 pm “it’s to late for us to start making a pair of glasses he has already closed the machines” my 2nd try they had sold out of the frames I had picked out the last time I was there, so I waited a week and made my 3rd attempt which turned out to be an emergency situation, I ordered my glasses online to make sure the the order was in in time for them to start them before the lab closed and 30 mins later I got this confirmation “Thank you for your order! Our Lab Specialists are getting to work on your new glasses. You’ll get an update when they’re done.” When actually the store had not even received my order. I order them a little after 5 pm on 11-10 and they were finally ready at 1 pm on 11-11. I could understand if it was some complicated prescription but it was a plain Jane order for a simple single vision -3.75 lense. That 3rd at temp will be the last after buying 4 pairs of glasses there prior I had high hopes that it would continue to be a simple smooth process but all good things have to come to an end.

Came very fast, great experience!
