I give the online ordering a 5-star experience, but the brick-and-mortar store is awful. Went in with my granddaughter to purchase her 2 pairs and they would not take the prescription because it was a printed copy as my daughter emailed it to me. Went home and ordered this pair online using that same prescription. They were also mean about it. That store lost not only my granddaughters business but my entire family's as we all wear glasses.

I had a great experience with the doctor and the young ladies that worked on that side of the department, but when it came to receiving my frames, the lady that I worked with was very rude and very opinionated when it came to things, I had picked out a frame that I wanted, and she let me know right away that those glasses were too big and they would distort my vision and I needed to pick out another pair, also she told me I gave her nothing but my prescription and asked me if I remembered what my last one was for someone that works in this department she seemed not to be too knowledgeable. I had bought some solution at the end of the sale and was not given to me, but yet I was charged for it. I noticed that she was also rude with some customers before me. Another young lady waiting to be seen heard what she had said to me and commented on the fact that she was there to assist us not make our choices for us.

While staff is relatively helpful, the overall product is very low quality and the doctors are turn n burn with cash patients. As a company, eyemart is inefficient with record keeping and doesn't pricematch their own online prices. After 10 years, I've decided to take my money to a legitimate eyecare center for my next prescription. The terrible fit, blurred vision and broken frames, along with nonexistent post-visit customer service isn't worth saving a few bucks. This past visit did it for me!

Took several days to receive the glasses glasses were good, but just seems like it takes longer than what it should why you can’t do it in your stores beyond me was unable to use my insurance. I guess I needed to call and do it through the phone next time if I use you, I’ll do that. Seems like you’d have better way to do things.

Miss candy was absolutely fabulous very professional very quick very thorough in and out less than 30 minutes with a pair of glasses been ordered picked up that afternoon always awesome
