Besides the shipping bullshit the glasses themselves all pairs have arrived in working condition and worked until I smashed them on accident at work so the glasses are good shipping was a "explicative" because y'all spring shit on me later so I had to wait longer cause all of a sudden I needed to send picture of my prescription and can't upload it manually so that set my order back weeks Edit

Had to take them to my local store to have the lenses re made. Bifocal height was not right. You should give 50% off in store not just online and this could be prevented. Costs you money because now you have to make a second set of lenses.

The wait times are long. When you finally get someone to assist you. They rush you through to move on to the next person. After spending a chunk of money on glasses. I went in to pick up some lens cloths for my son and I. I was told by the manager that the lens cloths are over on the rack for sale. They just don’t hand out clothes. I’m disappointed as it’s hard to find a vision place that takes our insurance. They want to treat customers like this. They just want the money. It’s sad.

As a new customer I think Faith provided excellent customer service. My order was ready in less than an hour, and I love my new glasses + free readers.

I can’t begin to say how disappointed I am in Eyemart. The ordering process was smooth, but I had a coupon for 50% off a complete pair. I did not receive the complete discount. None of the exclusions at the bottom of the coupon applied to me. I feel that this is false advertising. Last year I received the 50% off and the order arrived within three days. This time, the order took a week to arrive. Timing is not that important to me, but the discount is. In the future, I may have to look for services elsewhere.
