I ordered my glasses a month ago
I ordered my glasses a month ago. I have reached out a couple of times and put on hold, just to be told that the person I was needing to speak to was not available.20 days in I was told that they would be completed and that I would receive them the first of this week. I ordered was made on the 15th of feb. I would like for someone to reach out and let me know when that i can be expecting them. Please be professional . There are 1500 employees that work here. Thank you

We will also look into why there has been a delay in getting a timely response and will address it on our end. In the meantime, we have looked up your order and see that these are on route to our office for finally inspection and then should be shipping out to you early next week.
