Hello. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations. Please know that some companies limit the selection and lens options available to their employees due to safety or company policies. This may be the reason why the selection of frames and lens options were limited. Each company selects their benefit options. We do provide a microfiber case to clean your glasses, they do fit majority of the frame. Unfortunately some of the frames are quite large and do not. We do offer a hard case option to purchase. Thank you for your patience regarding the 17 business days to receive your purchase. Unfortunately due to staff shortages at the labs we are seeing delays in processing.
