Customer service is 100% lacking. Several emails sent no response ever. You are forced to upload a photo of yourself if you want to place an order as well as give them a ton of unnecessary personal data there is no reason they could possibly need aside from selling to a third party. There is no way to actually physically try the glasses on, only virtually which is truly useless in terms of comfort and fit. When you do upload a file/ document, the system is immensely glitchy and will kick you out and you will have to log back in again every time. The worst part of all: their selection of lab googles/glasses STINKS. Particularly for women- nothing there for us. I really wish my company did not switch. We used to be able to go to any eye doctor and actually have some selection and see how they fit. It is very sad and unfortunate that we are stuck with eyelation now.

I ordered safety shoes on 1/31 & still didn't receive them as yet after leaving numerous emails, voice mails, & calls. The Manager finally called me back yesterday 3/15 and all they gave me was a refund and a sarcastic apology after waiting almost two months. Customer service is horrible.

Hello Safiya. We are very to sorry to hear this. Although we are dealing with supply chain issues, it does not excuse the fact that we were unable to respond to your inquiries in a timely fashion. We will be looking into these issues on our side. Again we are very sorry for your experience, but truly appreciate your feedback.
