Cumbersome website. After viewing a pair of shoes clicking back to shoes clears all filters. Opening in a new tab opened the same pair of shoes no matter which shoe was selected. No way to filter by shoe type (e.g. boot vs sneaker). Cannot sort shoe list. No information on each shoe available, had to do additional research on other websites.

It was frustrating because I thought the order went through the first time. I waited for 3 weeks just to know that it was not done. Finally i was able to finish the order, and hopefully it was done rightfully with all my prescription details.
