I liked the choices and the site was very user friendly. I wished I could have seen more details on my recent purchases only to compare details on exactly what sizes and extras I had purchased.

the glasses were perfect, the only thing I can complain about is that it took a month to get them, where other people it only took two weeks.

The selection of glasses was low. The cost change at the last minute was not communicated.

The only thing that would be needed to make this great is to label everything: step 1, step 2, etc. The video was helpful to give direction.

As with any glasses fit process, it would be really nice to have frames to try on here at our company (before ordering from the kiosk) so we knew how they would fit our face. Even a bit of explanation on the web site about how they might fit certain styles of heads might have been helpful, as i have no idea if the glasses i ordered are going to fit my head and feel decent
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Nov 10, 2023
Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We understand the concern of not being able to try on glasses. Some of our accounts have frames in the admins office for the employees to try on. If your account does not, have your safety manager reach out to "[email protected]" and we will see what we can do to get them samples. Thank you!
