Order received on 10/12 Order shipped on 11/01 Order received on 11/15 It doesn't make sense that I can go to any optometrist and place an order and receive my glasses after 7 days. Your company however delivers after 30 days. I am sure if the pena employees where not a captive audience they would choose to do to business elsewhere.

I could not upload my picture to see what I would look like with my new glasses. I submitted a help ticket. The issue was resolved quickly. Good customer service so far. I haven't received my glasses yet. Hopefully, that will go well.

Ok, On Oct 5, 2023, I placed an order with a rep. Never received my glasses. Placed another order on Oct 30, 2023, and guess what, still no glasses! Was told 1 to 2 weeks, well still waiting...
