Wasn’t very impressed with the amount of options to choose from.

The website is not very user friendly. It does not save the parameters that are selected so every time you go back a page the parameters have to be re-selected. I also found that the selection was not very good for women with smaller faces.

Easy ordering experience and extremely friendly associates that helped me with sizing issues.

I had trouble finishing my order. I'm not very tech savy and I needed help getting the prescription and photo scanned in.

Face profile was a bit confusing. I thought it was just needed to identify the user. But it was mandatory for a PD measurement. A PD was not provided by my doctor. If that was needed, I should have been informed ahead of time. "Let Eyelation calculate the PD" should be highlighted, I missed it several times as an option to pick, and I needed to take a new pic of myself, without glasses, that is not distorted by the phone's camera lens.( I think many will just take a selfie, that lens distortion can really alter the PD, IMO) My wife buys prescription glasses online and there a real-time camera scanning tool used for PD and fit. Maybe a simple version of that app would help. Good experience overall.
