KIOSK Site is not easy to use not many good safety glasses for women. A lot are square type or thick plastic. Pretty disappointed with the selection. Took me 30 minutes to realize that I had to take a photo for my pupils. My shop makes us use them for our safety glasses I do not like not being able to try them on to make sure they fit my face. Also once you get them there is no one to adjust them for you so you just have to deal with it for a year before you can get a different pair.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. We understand the concern of ordering glasses online. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee if you have an issues with the frame when you receive them. If you need them adjusted, we recommend going to a Walmart Vision center or America's Best and they will adjust them for free. We hope you found a pair that works well for you. Thank you!

Tech asked questions that are covered under HIIPA while other people were in the room. Was seen 50 minutes after scheduled appointment time.

Hello. We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for visiting us at the onsite event. We apologize for the wait; the event was supposed to have two opticians and one got sick during the trip. The optician onsite did the best he could with a full schedule meant for two people. Again, we apologize for your wait time and hope you were able to find glasses that will work for you. Thank you.
