The ordering process is uncomfortable. Once the ordering complete there is no confirmation sent, and no itemized receipt to view. The shipment was messed up, I ordered 2 pairs, a clear and a tinted, and 2 cases I was sent a box that said 2 frames 3 cases with 1 frame and 2 cases. Later in the week I received the same clear frames I already was sent.

They always come back with some issue about my prescription or glasses. I can never just simply order . This year they claim my prescription is too strong for the glasses I ordered however I ordered the same type last year . And instead of seeing if the issue can be fixed they cancel your order immediately
