The eye technicians were excellent
The eye technicians were kind, courteous and knowledgeable and worked patiently to identify my ideal prescription. An opportunity for improvement would be to increase client privacy during the exam/consultation. The area in which this was conducted only had an office partition between the two technicians & clients being consulted. Signing an electronic HIPA form seems pointless when I could hear my next door neighbor's info and see them.
