I received the safety glasses on July 9th. They were the wrong prescription and unusable, so I contacted support about exchanging them. They replied the following day on July 10 and since then I have not heard anything from them. Today is August 31.

Ordering the glasses is an easy process. Really need a way to try on samples before ordering. I'm on my second pair and the fit is still not very good.
