Had weird handheld eye test equipment, almost all the batch glasses we got were all awful to see out of and will be returned. This wasn't professional at all.

We actually have lots of employees that say our prescriptions are better than the Dr. The assessment we do is with an autorefractor. The same equipment used in a Dr's office by an experienced optician to determine your initial Rx. We then tweak it if needed just like the Dr's office. The difference is, it is reading 1 eye at a time as we travel to many different locations. Luckily, we offer a 30-day return, exchange and adjustment policy from the date of delivery. Online is a terrible way to buy glasses. The glasses I got looked nothing like what I picked out and they hurt behind my ears. Took over two weeks to get them and now I have to figure out how to get my money back. Expensive too for online service. You would think they would atleast be cheap. It’s the only option my company offers now. In person was much better.
