Hello Gregory, Thank you for your reply. Your order was placed on 08/03. An email was sent to you on 08/04 letting you know we needed an actual prescription, not an invoice /order from another company. We did receive another Rx from you on 08/11 missing exam dates, Dr. name and signature. Unfortunately we do have to have all of those items. Glasses are made to an actual prescription just like any prescription for medication. We did receive that from you on 08/25 and we processed your order. Your order was shipped on 09/09 and is in transit to you. We do apologize for the delays. We hope your new safety glasses work well for you. Unfortunately turn time on shoes is 3-4 weeks generally. Your order has been processed. However, has not been shipped. -Team Eyelation
