It was easy to place an order. Wish there were a bigger selection of work glasses.

Mayra is an expert professional who is careful and attentive to the needs of the customer. I had a previous online-only experience with Eyelation and had left a review of that terrible experience several months ago. You just cannot replace the personal human experience of obtaining live measurements and care with computers and AI. Mayra double-checked everything and was very kind and in-tune with taking every concern into account and getting the correct information to get the glasses that would best fit and function to my precise needs.

It’s been about four weeks and I have not received this order. I wrote to customer service a week ago and they assured me it would go out that day. So far a label has just been created and nothing has shipped. No product when I need it since it’s mowing season in Northern California and that’s what I needed it for. By the time I get them if I ever do, it will be too late.
Response from Eyelation Technologies Inc.Apr 10, 2026
Hello Joseph, We apologize that your order has not arrived and for the delay in shipping, especially during mowing season in Northern California. We're looking into this issue to determine the cause and prevent similar situations. We appreciate your feedback. -Team Eyelation
