Been waiting over six weeks for my order.

Order was promised to arrive in 10-15 days but ultimately took 5 weeks, but they did bill my credit card immediately after the order. They had my money for 5 weeks before I got the product. Repeated contacts with customer service were promptly and politely replied to with promises that were never kept. Shipping tracking system is horrible. Even now that my order has arrived their tracking shows it as not yet in transit.

Fast shipping and careful packaging. Frames are excellent quality!

I would give you 5 but you’ve shipped me 3 pairs of glasses and I only ordered one AND no one responds to my emails.

** Update ** They just sent out a replacement hanger as a warranty replacement. Wish it hadn't taken more than 6 weeks, but it is good that they stood behind the product. [Original] One of the hangers broke after about a month. Material seems really cheap and just crumbled. The company and retailer have not been able to supply a replacement in over a month now. I have called and sent e-mails and it goes nowhere. Now, besides the cost of the frames, I have hundreds of dollars in the lenses that were installed and I can not use these glasses.

Love the selection of frames and the prices. Did not like the time it took before the frames were shipped - more than a week!

Quick and easy way to get frames. They carry the type of frames that I like. I ordered 3 frames to try on and they refunded the amount for the 2 frames that I returned. The refund was on my credit card account the next day after they received the frames. I will use them again.

It was hard to find these Kate Spade frames so I was thrilled you had them. They were reasonable, arrived quickly and in good shape. Thank you!
