Great glasses .... just as described . Perfect prescription lenses Only complaint is generic and cheap glasses case... but the real product superb

I placed my order for a frame on a Tuesday afternoon, about 3 pm. Website says that frames will ship in 1-2 days. My in-stock frame did not ship until the following Monday, then sat with USPS for 2 days before I received them on Thursday, 9 days after placing the order. Even with Covid conditions, this is slow, and not what the site promises. When you first start looking at the website, there is a pop-up offering a 10% discount for giving them your email address. Well, I am not offering that information until I know if I want to buy anything. After lots of looking around, over a few days, I decided to purchase a frame from Glasses.com. I of course had to give them the email address, but then there is no coupon offer offered. For a $ 118 frame, 10% is worth something, and I shouldn't have to remember to erase cookies or go to another computer to find the coupon again. Otherwise, service is like most other online businesses.

1. Very slow handling and slow delivery After my glasses weren't shipped after 2 month from ordering, I was trying to call customer service but no one was picking up. Then I was trying to write to them - no response. After I managed to connect to the online chat, I was told the glasses had to be backordred and wouldn't arrive in 3 months. 2. Unavailable customer service I was told I could order a similar pair of frames that are in stock instead and that they would send it within a couple of days. I've been waiting for these "new" frames for last month and still didn't receive them. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service, but there is no response via mail or phone and the chat doesn't work most of the times. Once I got hold of a person on the chat, the person said that the frames would ship in a few days. That has been going on for last month. 3. Selling nonexistent frames After 2 months of not receiving my order, I was told that the frames I ordered are no longer available. Why would they even put it on the website?

Product as expected at a very reasonable price. Filled my order in less than a week.

This was a fast and simple process...I forwarded my prescription and choice of frames (they were a repeat of the beauties I already had) and lens features and within several days the glasses were at my door. The Crizal lenses are outstanding...I can see so clearly and the extra sensitive Transitions feature is an outstanding choice for a pilot who loves the outdoors! This lightweight flex-titanium frame and lens combination is the best I've ever worn! Thank-You!

After some initial difficulty with making my purchase online, I contacted them over the phone. They were very helpful and assisted me with finalizing my purchase. As for the glasses? They fit perfectly, are comfortable, and the lenses are fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase eyeglasses.

The frames are okay. They are not what was advertised. Do not have spring temples
