Glasses are great! Ordering was an easy process.

I have called and emailed to get my new frames and lenses redone and no one has called or emailed me back!

I wrote an email asking for information and no one responded. I called several times to talk with someone an the message stated no one was available. I returned the frames I ordered and have not received a response.

Purchased a pair of frames. They were delivered inside of 2 weeks. I’m satisfied.

The frame was beautiful! I had ordered Tri-focal lenses which I've been wearing for a couple of years now, unfortunately the reading part was so blurry that I could not read with them. After I returned the glasses I was only credited part of the cost. They kept $67.50! That is ridiculous! I also had to pay return shipping!

The quality and the price of my glasses were great, they had to redo they lenses twice because there was a quality control issue, I am satisfied with the end product. I was disappointed that I emailed customer service multiple times with no response! I also called the one 800 customer service number and never received a reply back. I was finally able to get through to the office and talk with the representative who gave me the information I needed , but I did not find them overly helpful or friendly, also I received a discount coupon code, but they were not willing to honor this code, because they said their prices were already very low … I was disappointed in this as well. I’m not sure if I would order other pair of glasses again or Maybe I might try another online Eyeglass dealer

I was disappointed that new glasses do not come with a case. They were put in a flimsy felt eyeglass case with your logo

This is the second pair of glasses and frames I have purchased from you. As far as your attention to detail and getting the order processed and out the door I would rate you 5 stars. The US Postal Service however has still NOT delivered my glasses. They were supposed to be delivered on February 9th and I'm still waiting for them on February 11th with no deliver date in site. I would highly recommend you stop using the postal service and use either FedEx or UPS.
