This time new lenses went in old frames, last time was old lenses in new frames. Frames from a brick and mortar store broke after a year and they did not want to use my lenses. They would give me 25% off $700. Big deal! Eyeglasses.com did it for less than $150 and every thing is fine. Same thing this time, except new lenses in old frame. Very good value.

My order had to wait almost 3 weeks to get shipped, not sure if due to inventory availability or something else. It would've been great to see a more detailed explanation in the status other than "not yet shipped". I bought a pair of frames and only of one of them came in its original case whereas the other came in a small case for the frame which could have damaged the frame as it was an international delivery. In the end I had to buy a bigger case. In the end I am happy with my new pair of frames but the Eyeglassess team should improve a bit more

Don't waste your time or your money. I believe I'm going to have to get a lawyer to get my money back. I purchased two pairs on Jan 10th. I have made several attempts in various ways to reach someone about the matter, no response. I work hard for what I have, and $634.00 is a decent amount

Received frames with lens around 2 weeks from ordering. Everything appears correct and in order. I would recommend and order again.
