I ordered frames only and they arrived very quickly!

ordered a single vision prescription lens for reading only and received pair of lenses for distance instead. send an inquiry through email and no one responded, so contacted them by phone and was told i could send them back and have a redo at no cost but i "might" be responsible for the shipping cost if i am found at fault. i submitted the correct prescription and marked single lens for reading, really?

Would do repeat business.. Was looking for a brand that I had before w dif design and was successful. Accidently. made a double order. Company quickly, effortlessly gave refund upon return of frames. .

I was so happy with how easy it was to order my eyeglasses-I wanted specific frames- and they are PERFECT. They came very quickly. My only suggestion is that they send the customer updates when your glasses are sent to the lab/made/shipped but I'm mostly just happy i could order new glasses so easily!

Haven't received them yet. Ordered them on February 13, it is now March 1 and no delivery date available on tracking information. Probably will not order again.

My eye doc's office asked what I wanted for my next pair of glasses so I I gave them a very specific description. Round, gunmetal, cable temples. They showed me some things they carried but nothing that fit the bill. On you site I found a Dolomiti frame that checked all of the boxes, was priced fairly and I got my order in 4 days. I'm very happy with the whole experience and will be back for a pair of sunglasses.
