This is a really good company when your local bricks and mortar store can't produce the brand and frame you are looking for. If you plan to spend $200.00 for a pair of glasses then you don't settle for average. They were so helpful and took the time find a frame that was similar to an older frame that we loved. Good quality frames...I bought only the frame so I do not kn ow anything about the lenses process but I do know it took a good long time to get frames to me even thought I paid for over night shipping. Once they shipped they did arrive over night but the processing time to package a "In Stock" pair of frames seemed a bit long. I would still buy from this company again although I do wish the wait wasnt so long. My wait was roughly 10 days long. If you go into it knowing you are waiting 10 days for a set of frames and even longer to have lenses cut and you are alright with it then this is a good place to get your glasses as their prices are quite nice.

My husband has ordered glasses online, and encouraged me to do it to save money. This was my first purchase, and I was super nervous! How could an online company possibly get everything "just right"?? Well, they did! I took plenty of time reviewing all the different choices of lenses, etc., and finally placed my order. I was practically biting my nails waiting for how they would turn out. Well, no complaints whatsoever! I was very impressed. They arrived sooner than expected. My frames were great, the lenses and prescription perfect. I also tried the transitions lenses for the first time and am liking that as well. Two thumbs up!!

I looked everywhere for the color--and it was no where to be found. The Ferragamo shad of antique rose is the most beautiful shade. My favorite color is copper and the glasses go so well. And then-- of course all shades of red--not to mention all of the earth tones.

The fine customer service people encouraged me to try three frames at once--so I was able to compare and choose as if In a store. I chose the very beautiful Eco New York pair---flattering, high quality, well designed, a warm tortoise with the thinnest layer of golden color laminated to the inside. Great quality for a great price. So grateful this service exists, local places did not have a comparable selection. Thank you. Jan
