I purchased glasses with prescription
I purchased glasses with prescription. When they arrived it was clear that Eyeglasses.com had read the prescription incorrectly. Now I had to return the glasses which cost me over $10. When I ultimately received the corrected glasses they were much worse that glasses ordered from another firm. Thus the glasses are worthless.

Unfortunately, these type of reviews can be very misleading to other consumers, as the problem with your order was beyond our control. There were two prescriptions entered on the same order/account. When the lenses were inadvertently made with wrong prescription, we corrected the error immediately and shipped back to you, twice, via UPS NEXT DAY at no additional charge to you. It sounds like maybe your new prescription is not working for you or you have not given your eyes enough time to adjust. This is not uncommon. Please let us know if you receive a new prescription and we will remake your lenses to those exact specifications.

the good.
the good. my lenses got replaced quickly , about 2 weeks or less vision is pretty accurate the bad I see light/ images reflections all the time on the lenses no matter I am inside or outside

Getting the glasses shipped to India …
Getting the glasses shipped to India proved to be a nightmare. So many things went wrong: 1. eyeglasses.com captured the basic shipping details wrong. They got the name on the consignment wrong, phone number wrong. 2. Despite paying $20 for shipping, I ended up paying another $30 for customs etc. 3. Because eyeglasess.com got my contact number wrong, my package got held in warehouse for which I had to pay an addition $10. Overall, pretty bad experience and probably will never shop here again.

We do apologize for any inconvenience regarding shipping with your order. Unfortunately, Customs and duties are beyond our control. There was no phone number included with the order and a confirmation e-mail was sent confirming the shipping information prior to the package actually being shipped, so we do make every effort to verify the information.

That was my first time ordering glasses …
That was my first time ordering glasses online. I was afraid, but all in all it was an excellent experience: easy search on the site, no problems ordering the product I wanted, the glasses arrived safely, packaged to perfection, on time, in perfect conditions.
