Eyeglasses.com sent notifications out when my order was received and processed and when my glasses were shipped out. They included a tracking number and notified me when the delivery date was pushed back. It took around 2.5 weeks for me to receive my glasses.

They were perfect right out of the box.

I ordered progressive lens from another online eyeglass company a year or so ago and was satisfied but not overly so. For many years I have worn Verilux lens so when I discovered they were available from Eyeglasses.com, I thoughtfully decided to give them a try. Since I had older frames that were comfortable and in good shape, I selected replacement lens and mailed my old glasses to Eyeglasses.com after entering my prescription info and placing my order. I was seriously impressed with the prompt response confirming my order and the information on the time expected for completion. My new lens in my frame arrived just as expected and they are PERFECT! Thank you, Eyeglasses.com. I will certainly be a return customer when I have further eyeglass needs.

I loved my frames but it took 2 weeks to get them. I would have purchased local as soon needed them.

I receive one of my orders on time but the other was ordered because it's coming from Italy. I would have liked to know that l prior to purchase so I would have had the choice to decline. I needed my glasses for a reason and now I won't get them until a month from now. Not good and this is the last purchase from this company. I'll stick to my local company next time at least they are honest about the wait time up front
