Great quality lens AND they offer trifocals.

I ordered my glasses and didn't want to pay full price at the eye doctor as my insurance won't cover a frame for another year. I stumbled upon this site looking for not only affordable but glasses that fit a narrow face. I got through best of both and the prescription is spot on! Will be returning

Great service! I found the style of frames that I wanted, uploaded the Rx, included the pupil distance measurement and waited patiently. I was notified when the glasses shipped so I knew when to plan to intercept their arrival. I just needed to make a slight adjustment to the curvature of the cable temples and the nose pieces to get the fit I wanted.

My glasses came exactly as expected and pictured online. I really love them. I get a lot of good comments about them. I would definitely recommend and use this site again. Designer frames at a good price! Points were taken off for me because of the following: I was a bit disappointed with the order status updates as it could have been more detailed during the time between making the order and actually shipping my glasses. I ordered my frames with prescription lenses and opted for 1 day shipping which didn't make very much sense considering the wait time was a lot longer than promised.

Absolutely fantastic! I was so frustrated with the cost of replacing the lenses in my glasses from Lens Crafters and other eyeglass stores. I went online to seek a good alternative. Although I saw a number of companies who did this online, eyeglasses.com seemed to have the most positive feedback. Nonetheless, I was still nervous that the process would take too long or there would be poor communication or the glasses perscription would not be right. I had NOTHING to worryabout!! The entire process took less than 2 weeks (including shipping my frames to them, making new lenses, and shipping them back), and I received emails at the different stages. Best of all, my new lenses are absolutely perfect. I will DEFINITELY be using them again and recommend them to everyone.

I like my glasses but would have thought the bi-focal would have extended to the edge of the frames.

Eyeglasses.com is just what I needed. After my eye exam, I visited my optometrist's in-house optician to try on frames. I found the frames I loved, but the price with all the extras (progressive/transition/anti-glare coating) came to almost $1000! Me: "No, thanks." I took my prescription and went to Eyeglasses.com, where I found the same Stepper brand frames. After adding the lenses with all the same extras, the cost was nearly half that of the in-house optician. When I had a problem reading with the new glasses, I got another eye exam as a second opinion. It turned out the first prescription was all wrong. But with Eyeglasses.com's 30-day re-do policy, I was able to send back my glasses for a free lens re-do.
