Excellent company, great glasses!

I was notified when the first pair of spectacles created were rejected during quality review. That impressed me, and lead me to expect an excellent pair of glasses when they were done over. When the glasses did arrive, I took them out and put them on and the lens popped out. Now I’ve had to pay to send them back for a re-make. When they come back, I will take them to an optical store to check the lens fit as well as the RX. You’ve lost my trust. I’d prefer that you fail it in quality check, and took an extra two weeks to make them rather than sending them to me just to get them out the door. The second issue is that when I received the frame for try-on and measurements, it cane in a hard, designer case, that came from the frame company. When I received the spectacles, they were in a cheap, foam wrap. Do you resell the nice cases somewhere else? That was part of the package the frame was purchased from. I’d also like to note that no one replied to my email or voicemail about the issues. That reduces trust greatly as well. Maybe if you at least appeared to care, the stars would have been full credit. Things happen, but if you deal with people fairly, they usually won’t mind.

This is the second pair of glasses I have purchased here, and both pair have been perfect. I have not had any issues at all, and I plan to continue using Eyeglasses.com in the future. Service has been much faster than I expected, and the price has been as good or better than other online eyewear services.
