Ordered 7 pairs of glasses/frames....only got 3! Cancelled orders in the items without letting me know - worst customer service ever!!!!

Love the glasses, BUT, I ordered on a Saturday and choose the added UPS shipping to get them faster. On the following Tuesday evening when I checked, they had not been shipped. I complained via voice mail message and chat, and they finally shipped on Wednesday, which was the soonest I had hoped to get them. They arrived the following Monday. So, I have to wonder why I paid extra for shiping.

Second pair of frames I’ve bought, first was Armani, and this pair in Gucci. They were shipped next day and had them the day after that!!

Love the glasses I bought. Unfortunately, when I needed to buy a replacement temple piece, the experience wasn't so good. First, the replacement was the wrong size. At first, I was told I'd have to pay for return shipping since I ordered the wrong ones. I argued that I had only ordered a replacement and that Eyeglasses had determined which to ship. Ok, they conceded. Three weeks later the replacements arrived. I had also ordered new screws, which despite being on the packing slip, weren't included. So, I'm now about six weeks into this and still waiting. Wish I could order my glasses on Amazon. Update - It's now 3 weeks later and, after two more calls to Eyeglasses.com, I'm still waiting for the two little temple screws I ordered. I'd like to be able to wear my glasses again before my prescription changes. Would I order from them again? In a word, NO!
