I am happy with the product and very happy with product facilitation via website. There is zero customer service and the turnaround time is three weeks (best to note that on the front end). Instead of a hard case for my new glasses, the new case is a soft felt/cotton thing that may reduce Scratching but is in no way a protective case.

Very easy to order and all at a great price. Good selection and very timely delivery. The one thing was that my glasses came not level, which is a super basic thing to check (does it lay flat on a table). So I had to go out and get that fixed on my own, a minor inconvenience but easy to have avoided. I still will come back.

Nice quality frames at a discount from Eyeglasses.com
Received quality frames as ordered from the on line picture from Eyeglasses.com. Had a few communication delays and issues with them due to their high volume around the holidays. It is always better when a company can answer a phone inquiry directly instead of having calls answered by a recording. Overall an ok experience with a wee bit of frustration, but a very good savings over retail optometry store. I would recommend this online store to a friend.

Regarding your order, the charge was only for the price of the frame, no charge for shipping or handling. The request for a discount, by phone, was entered, but not refunded at the time - we apologize for this mistake, it was not intentional. We have attempted to return your phone call, but the number entered into your order is a recording stating: “the number is no longer in service.” Our lines have been open since before 10:00 a.m this morning and we are receiving more calls than usual, but answer continuously throughout the day to the best of our ability. The discount code your provided was not from our website, perhaps from an Affiliate, but we will process a 15% refund in good faith.
