i ordered replacement frames which matched to broken pair i had, so there's not much to say either way.

i did not like the glasses i ordered so i sent them back with the plan of buying another pair. Unfortunately i never received my money back from eyeglasses.com so i can't afford another pair and they've ignored my emails. the only email they did send me was about reviewing them so here i am. i hope they can fix this

The experience was awesome! I did my homework first then followed instructions given on this site to get the best fit for my Rx. Then my total cost turned out to be the best pricing on the net for the designer brand I wanted. Received the glasses delivered at my doorstep and everything, including lenses, was exactly what I wanted! I love when that happens!

Great product and great customer service. My son has a very strong rx and they filled. We had it checked by optometrist because he’s too young to tell us and they said it was perfect. The lenses were half the price of the ones we ordered through optometrist but same quality. They didn’t have the frames we initially ordered in the color we wanted but customer service was great at meeting our needs and in a timely manner. Will definitely purchase frames and lenses again.
