I love my new glasses. I was skeptical because i never ordered online but it was easy and they are perfect.

The service was excellent.

Ordered 3 pairs of glasses. My progressive computer glasses arrived with one nose pad and screw loose in the case. The tech assembling them had stripped the hole. The lenses however were good. No eye strain , easy to focus. Second pair received, my everyday progressive lens were not good. Perscription focal points are off and they make my eyes hurt and give me a headache. Third pair are my at home progressives. The perscription focal points are good, but only if I hold them straight on my face. The frame is so cockeyed that both ear pieces do not touch the counter when I lay them down. I will keep these but have to pay someone local to straighten them. The other 2 are being sent back so they can be corrected. I will update later to rate their customer service.

Took longer than I thought it would, but it might simply be the availability of the exact called out frame I wanted (identical to my earlier glasses and sunglasses). Glasses ordered came exactly as I wanted them.

Glasses I ordered were from website were not available and I was not notified. After waiting a couple of weeks, I called to check on my order and was then notified. They had my money and didn't care about my needs.

The glasses are more round than the picture shows. They work but do not look very good on me. You should have a service that allows pictures to be uploaded to see how the glasses look on someone. Maybe you have that ability but did not share that feature in a way that is not hidden.

I have placed two orders AL-4764 and AL-1469. I received one and never got update regarding the other one. I have been calling helpline and writing emails but not getting any reply. Please could you check and update. Thanks Amir Malik
