The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was difficulty in contacting customer service. Once contacted all went well. Quality of the lens and glasses is great.

Bad customer service no returns.
Tried to return something and never got any email from them to do so. They claimed you can return easily but that is not true.

Great service overall
Great service overall. An improvement might be to provide some feedback in the exchange process. Please let me explain below. I had ordered a pair of clip on sunglasses to go over frames that I had ordered previously. I mistakenly had ordered the wrong size sunglasses and decided to attempt an exchange. I found the page on your website for generating a label for return/exchange of an item, got the label printed, repackaged everything, and dropped it off with UPS. It would have been nice to have received an acknowledgement (I know you had my Email address) that the item had been received on your end and would be exchanged. Thanks.

Still haven't received a refund for a return after over a month
They have not refunded me for one of the pairs of frames I returned over a month ago. I phoned twice and sent 3 emails, and was only told that they were still "looking for" the frames I returned, which tells me someone on their end isn't doing their job very well. I will never purchase eyeglass frames online again.

Your service was very good
Your service was very good. The only problem I had was a lack of progress reports. For example, when you received my frames, when I should expect delivery. The reason these reports are important is so that I can take action if there is a problem. I don't want packages sitting on my stoop any longer than necessay.

I'll Order Eyeglasses from You Again!!!
I looked on many glasses sites. You were the most reasonable and included free shipping. The glasses are exactly the same as I've been wearing for years except these are lavender not gold.(latte). it's fun to wear a different color for a change! They came in a timely manner. I'll order from you again!!!
