Excellent, I have used them for 4 years with prescription glasses. Super easy and the pupil distance tool works perfectly. I saved a ton here over buying at the Dr!

I ordered a sunglasses through my insurance, shipping was fast and pleasant, sun glasses run small, I called eyeconic asked for return label, which they sent it right away, I took glasses dropped in ups. I have drop off receipts. But still did not get my refund. Because eyeconic has not received the glasses. Why I should deal with that since I followed the entire instructions you directed, I called customer care twice, and send them copy of drop off proof but no result, I will never shop from there, and I will despite through bank.

Great experience, much easier to do online, gives me enough time to select my options on frames. I like the "virtual try on" frames, helps to see how my glasses will look on me. Will recommend to others looking for frames.

This was EASY. I opened the box and took off my current glasses, with the same prescription, and put my new ones on. They were perfect. The frame color was a bit difficult to see on the site, but I made a great choice. 100% perfect

Overall experience was great. Picking out glasses is easy. Uploading your prescription is easy. Tons of options to choose from and I saved a lot of money through this website instead of purchasing sunglasses at my usual spot. I also received my order a lot sooner than what was initially estimated. My only gripe, was when I received my sunglasses, one of the lenses had a smudge on it. First thing you want to do when you get a fresh pair of glasses is try them on and see how they look. I think they should pay closer attention to the minor details and they will be perfect!
