You had the designer frames I was looking for, uploading my prescription was easy, and the automated PD tool was easy to use and provided excellent and consistent results.

Basically..I bought a pair of glasses in October and they didn't work out. I returned it, received a refund for anything I paid on top of my VSP insurance coverage, and they said they would return my vision benefit back to me within 3 business days. I purchased glasses somewhere else in December and my insurance denied my claim to cover that purchase because Eyeconic never sent the money back to VSP. I had to actually contact them so that they could "clear my benefits of authorization", when really they should have reversed the benefit as soon as the glasses were returned. Would they have just kept the benefit on that end if I hadn't said anything? Seeing that Eyeconic is the VSP online eyewear store, I found this extremely shady and inconvenient. Communicate better and stop giving customers the run-around.
