Delivery was fast, ordering was ready but unfortunately I had to return my order as the glasses were not right for my face and would not work well for me.

I was surprised at how easy it was to select and get measured for glasses online - the measurement between pupils in particular. I used the numbers on the frames I was replacing as a guide to size. The virtual try-on was excellent. I’d definitely use the online system again.

I ordered my son's first pair from this company, after purchasing from another online company in the past (no issues with them, my insurance just changed). The glasses came, and they were visibly different from one lens to the other from straight out of the box. One lens appeared to have a prescription and the other did not. My son could not wear the glasses and said it made his eyes worse, instantly. I called and let them know that the prescription was wrong. They told me I needed to go get an updated prescription from the eye doctor, which the prescription is 100% fine and done within the last few months. Then they told me I had to take it (and pay) for another optometrist to read the glasses prescription and send that to them. If they find that they made a mistake I would have to send the glasses back and once received, they would remake them. So, basically a months process to get the glasses "fixed". Had they had better quality control I wouldn't have to depend on another provider to verify the prescription they put into their product. The left eye should be +2.25 and right should be +1.75. I had them read and the left eye in the glasses they made was -.25. Where is the quality control and the assurance?

Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’ve spoken to 4 different service agents. My order shipped 2 weeks ago and it’s been “out for delivery “ in the wrong state for a week of that. I’ve tried to be patient and work with them but all they will say is “if it isn’t delivered by 7 tonight, then we can do something” Nothing has been done. At this point a new order should be overnighted without question since they can clearly track UPS has lost the package. I keep getting run around after run around

The selection was fantastic, and I received my order with full support. However, I would have appreciated some clarity on whether there is a local place I could visit to make adjustments that typically occur during the pickup at an office.fice.
